Terms and Conditions

By placing a reservation, you (Costumer) use of Chivalry Limousine LLC services either by phone, fax and e-mail, online on this side or in any other matter indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and become a registered traveler of Chivalry Limousine LLC. You authorize the company to charge your credit card in full for all charges relating to your reservation.

Modification

If Chivalry Limousine LLC. Change this agreement; we shall post a revised of this agreement online and include it on all future reservation confirmations sent, and shall automatically replace the terms of this agreement. Your continued to use of this services Chivalry Limousine posting of revised agreement will constitute your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this agreement or any revised version of this agreement, do not continue to use the services. Signed contract will be grandfathered and not subject to new terms and conditions revisions. New contracts will be subject to the latest terms and conditions posted online on the Chivalry Limousine LLC website and sent with every reservation confirmation.

Compliance

Chivalry Limousine LLC will strictly enforce State and Federal Laws and will maintain a zero tolerance compliance policy that no alcoholic beverages can be consumed or used by any person not of legal (21) drinking age. No person shall bring contraband or illegal substances aboard vehicles that are owned or operated by Chivalry Limousine LLC. Person(s) under the age of 21 is/are prohibited from consuming any type of alcoholic beverages. Chauffeur has every right to search the bags inside the vehicle for illegal substances at any time. If Chauffeur finds any illegal substance, we reserve the right to terminate the contract at that moment and it will be the clients’ responsibility to make his/her own transportation arrangements at that point. If contraband is aboard, even negligible quantities without chauffeurs’ knowledge, they can seize and forfeit this vehicle to local government agencies. All fines will be paid for by costumer. Chivalry Limousine will never leave minors stranded and the vehicle will wait onsite until all minors are pick-up by their parent(s), legal guardian and/or responsible party (adult). The full amount of reservation will be billed; plus any additional applicable wait time charges, absolutely no refunds will be issued.

Alcohol Consumption

Chivalry Limousine LLC prohibits the consumption of alcoholic beverages inside the company vehicles. This applies to all our fleet vehicle(s) and operated by Chivalry Limousine LLC. Passengers will be asked to please consume their beverages prior to entering the vehicle.

Liability

Chivalry Limousine LLC will not responsible for injuries that may occur due to horse playing while the vehicle is in motion or standstill. It is illegal to stand through the sunroof. Chivalry Limousine will not responsible for any belongings left while the client is in or out of the vehicle. If you do forget something in a vehicle please call our office immediately so that we can try to locate it for you. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party (broken glassware, damaged seat, carpet, mirror, burn hole, rip or tear to upholstery, spills, due to sickness interior-exterior, vandalism and etc.) willfully or accidently. This is not exclusive list; any and all damages caused to the vehicle and or including loss of revenues for downtime during repairs can and will be charged to the credit card used to book this service. If there is not enough room on the credit card to satisfy damages, Chivalry Limousine reserves the right to file in a Fairfield County to recover losses. Clients agree that there will be no smoking in our vehicle(s). Client agrees that passenger capacity of the vehicle provided shall not exceed. Chivalry Limousine reserves the right the terminate without refund this or any other contact for noncompliance of the above requests, especially if the renters do not follow chauffeur requests in order to obey the rules in this contract. Our chauffeur will NOT be mistreated or verbally or physically abused for any reason. We provide our clients with a polite, respectful, professional service and expect the same return from our clients. In case of misconduct by you or your party, chauffeur has right the terminate service without refund. This is without exception. Chauffeur will assist with luggage at a client request, but assume no liability doing so.

Guarantee

Chivalry Limousine cannot guarantee the availability of over time on hourly rentals. It is of particular importance that the purchaser makes allowances for anticipated delays and adherers to the agreed time schedule. In the event that the purchaser wants to change the time of the itinerary, they may do so, only if Chivalry Limousine can accommodate other clients that booked with Chivalry Limousine prior to or after the said time. If applicable, the purchaser further agrees to pay additional charges incurred such as overtime, tolls, parking etc. The purchaser authorizes Chivalry Limousine to charge any additional charges or fees on the purchaser’s credit card on file. Chivalry Limousine guarantees that all our vehicles are constantly checked to keep the highest possible standards. Since we offer high-tech-equipped vehicles, sometimes heat and excessive use of all power equipment might be subject to temporarily failure. This will of course not interfere with the safety of the vehicle itself and therefore will no effect on continuing or paying of contracted trip. Chivalry Limousine agrees to send the requested vehicle as offered in the contract. We have right to upgrade the vehicles or switch the vehicle in case of emergency breakdown or if vehicles were in accidents. As stated, this only happen in case of emergencies. If no upgrade is available, Chivalry Limousine gives the costumer the right to downsize the vehicle and receive additional discounts if wanted. No additional charges will occur on the costumer side if upgrade is made without costumer request. If switching occurs in the same category, or upgrades are made, it will not affect the contract and/or payment of contract. Costumer therefore accepts that replacement vehicle may be substituted if contracted vehicle becomes unavailable for any reason. If any of our above guarantees or contracted terms cannot be met due to conditions outside out of our control, including weather, accidents, storms and any other circumstance, including, but not limited to, traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, flight delays, etc. , we will use reasonable efforts to notify the costumer of these conditions and resulting delays or changes.

Disputing / Terminated Rides

If a customer disputes a charge by Chivalry Limousine with his/her credit card company, a $25 fee per disputed charge will be charged to the customer. If it is determined Chivalry Limousine is the wrong, the $25 fee will be dismissed. If it is determined that Chivalry Limousine is in correct and has provided both parties with proper documentation, the $25 fee per disputed charge will be enforced and charged to the customer’s credit card on file. By accepting services offered by Chivalry Limousine, you forfeit your right to dispute the charges via your credit card company for rides terminated due to prohibited actions and behavior described in this contract.

Refund Policy

Any and all reimbursements due back to the client from deposits and/or for any other reason will be issued back to the credit card provided. It may take up to 3 business days.

Confirmation / Rates

A confirmation number is provided for every reservation and confirmation email message is generated by the computer system. We are not responsible for lost/not received confirmations when booking via internet. Clients may have spam blockers on and sometimes confirmations do not get through. It is client’s responsibility to call and get a confirmation number. Chivalry Limousine has standardized routes with flat-rate pricing for travel to and from most major cities and airports. Rates for travel between locations in which a point to point rate does not exist will be charged at the prevailing hourly rate plus gratuity and applicable fees. All trips billed an hourly basis have a two (2) hour minimum and a four (4) hour minimum outside of Connecticut. Hourly trips are billable on a garage to garage basis. Rates are subject to change at any time.

Cancellation Policy / No show fees

Cancellations are accepted by phone only. If you are experience difficulty locating your chauffeur at any time,

immediately. . A dispatcher is on call 24- hours for assistance. Leaving the pickup location without notifying Chivalry Limousine will result a no-show charge. A cancellation fee equal to the total trip cost including gratuity will be charged for any cancellation that is made less than two (2) hours before the scheduled pickup time in Connecticut and a four (4) hour outside of Connecticut. We are not responsible for passenger flights or trains, which are missed, cancelled, diverted, delayed or any other incident which results in your failure to comply with the required cancellation policy. In this instance we will use our best effort to fulfill client needs, subject to wait time fees or late cancellations and re-booking, without detriment to other reserved clients. If you are not able to contact Chivalry Limousine for your cancellation, it will be considered a “no-show” and will result in a cancellation fee equal to the full fare of the trip plus all other charges (20% service fee applicable waiting time, parking). All reservations will be considered a “no-show at one (1) hour past your scheduled pickup time. Due to mechanical difficulties or bad weather, we will try to contact someone for authorization to wait. We will not abandon our clients at airports. We will wait until the flights arrives and accordingly unless we are told to dismiss the car. If the car dismissed, you will be charged in full for the reservation plus any other additional charges incurred. Up to minute flight or one hour shuttle flights, Please call our office as soon as possible for any known changes in flight information or arrival times, so we might adjust as necessary. All stretch limousine service cancellations must be made by calling the office. A fifty (50) percent deposit is taken at the time of reservation for all stretch limousine service. The deposit only refundable if cancelled thirty (30) days prior to trip date. If cancellation is made less than fourteen (14) days prior to reservation date, for a stretch limo trip, a cancellation fee equal one hundred (100) percent of the trip total will be incurred. No show and cancel on location will be charged accordingly. Cancellation number will be given at the time of cancellation and should retain for your records.

Change Policy

Chivalry Limousine requires that all changes be received by phone two (2) hours in Connecticut and four (4) hours outside Connecticut prior to scheduled pickup time. If a change cannot be accommodated and results in a cancellation, the client will be charged fifty (50) percent of the fare including the 20% service fee and applicable fees. Changes cannot be made with our chauffeur.

Wait Time Policy

All flight arrival times are updated in real time. Our information is only as reliable as the information provided by the airlines and airports. Airport transfer wait time will start sixty (60) minutes past the last posted flight arrival time. For all point to point reservations there is a fifteen (15) minute grace period from the scheduled pickup time. Wait time charges will begin once that fifteen (15) minute grace period has past or at a time, waiting time will be charged at the hourly rate of the vehicle that was reserved plus gratuity and any other additional charges incurred including parking.

Accounting / Billing

Trips are charged to customer’s credit card or corporate charge account. All reservations require a credit card on file. Vehicle booked by the hour require a deposit. Chivalry Limousine accepts cash and all other major credit cards (American Express*, Visa, MasterCard, Discover). All charges, including gratuity are billed to your credit card or charge account. For credit cards, payment pre authorized forty eight (48) to seventy two (72) hours prior to trip date. Full payment will be taken after the trip completion. Charges will reflect costs incurred while performing transportation services for reservations placed by Chivalry Limousine LLC, by the customer, its agents and any individuals requesting transportation as an authorized employee of the customer and will reflect costs including but not limited to trip charges, tolls, parking, gratuity, additional stops, additional time, off hours surcharge, etc. Client responsible for full payment of any additional charges beyond the original agreement. Rates are confirmed at the time of the reservation. Suggested gratuity is added to on the bill for all trips. The chauffeur gratuity is discretionary. If you choose to provide an additional cash gratuity, it is your sole discretion and would be in addition to the gratuity already on your bill. If you prefer to pay the gratuity in cash, you must specify that with our staff prior to travel and will be removed from your bill. You will not receive a full or partial refund for the gratuity by providing a cash tip to the chauffeur. In booking a reservation, you (client) authorize Chivalry Limousine to bill you accordingly or charge the credit card provided for the services rendered at the rates given at the time of reservation and any changes incurred after trip completion.

Additional Charges

Extra stops, off hours surcharge; any reservation with pickup during the hours of 12:00AM ETA and 5:00AM EST, crossing over from one airport to another, tolls, parking, service transportation charges and fuel charges are subject to change to at any time based on current rate. Prom / Wedding / Wait & Return Limo Service

Prom reservations, full payment is taken at the time of reservation. There is no refund. A contract must be completed and signed by a parent of one of minors traveling before a reservation is final. Wedding and wait and return (hourly) service reservations, a 50% deposit is taken at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid fourteen (14) days prior to the trip date. Deposits will only be refunded if cancelled thirty (30) days prior to the trip date. Hourly trips are billed the number of hours the vehicle is ordered for, then in ½ hour increments, thereafter. Chivalry Limousine Terms and Conditions apply for all prom, wedding, wait and return (hourly) service.

Contract Obligation

The person signing this contract acknowledges he/she has read our terms and conditions listed above and is the authorized purchaser for this rental agreement, the authorized cardholder for the given credit card and/or responsible party liable for payment of the total amount due. I understand and agree to pay for any and all damages my party may cause Chivalry Limousine. I am fully understood and agree to the above terms and conditions. I understand and agree to pay deposit and/or entire contract price based on the terms of the cancellation policy. Chivalry Limousine reserves the right charge the full contract amount 48 hours prior to the date of service. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, signing and providing your credit card information, you are authorizing Chivalry Limousine LLC to charge your credit card for any of the following charges; deposit, all services rendered, and any damages done to the vehicle. Any overtime hours or fees as a result of damage to the vehicle will be calculated and billed within 72 hours of the completion of the service. I am satisfied with the term and conditions above and fully understand and agree. If for any reasons, I am not satisfied with the services that I receive, I have 12 hours after the completion of the trip to notify Chivalry Limousine and a file a complaint in writing. If Chivalry Limousine does not receive my written complaint in above stated time frame, I agree that there is no complaint and I am fully satisfied with the services I received and will not file any complaint against Chivalry Limousine with nay official bureaus or online consumer website. The purchaser will be contacted within 12 hours of the complaint to address concerns in effort to settle matter.
